The First Batch

It all began in 2018 in a small Jakarta apartment kitchen. Founder Sarah spent countless hours perfecting her grandmother's brownie recipe, experimenting with different chocolates, butter ratios, and baking times until she achieved that perfect fudgy texture.

What started as gifts for friends and family quickly turned into requests from their friends. Sarah began taking small orders through Instagram, baking batches after her day job. The response was overwhelming - people loved the rich flavor and perfect texture.

Going Professional

In 2020, Sarah decided to pursue her passion full-time. She obtained her food business license, set up a professional kitchen, and launched iHeartBrownies.com. The business grew rapidly through word-of-mouth and social media.

As demand grew, Sarah brought on her first team members - fellow baking enthusiasts who shared her commitment to quality. Together, they developed new flavors while maintaining the original recipe's magic.
